Project Timeline & Public Meeting Schedule

The approach to involve the community is multi-faceted, which includes the establishment of a Planning Advisory Committee (PAC). The PAC is a group of airport stakeholders who have been asked to volunteer their time to aid in the development of the ALP Update and Business Plan. The PAC will be convened for three meetings to review draft chapters as developed by the consultant team. The same draft chapters made available to the PAC will be posted to this project website.

Two public information workshops are planned over the course of the project. These workshops may also be remotely hosted meetings or informational videos due to COVID-19 pandemic impacts. Information regarding workshops or informational videos will be made available on this site.

Any interested citizen is encouraged to provide comments and suggestions to the project team.  Citizens can utilize the ‘Comment’ feature on this project website.  Direct communication with the project managers via phone or email is also acceptable.  The project managers are listed in the ‘Contacts’ section of this website.
